Introduction

Research Center for Molecular Recognition and Synthesis (RCMRS) was founded in September, 2014 under the support of Fudan Unviersity. The center, affiliated with Department of Chemistry, aims at building up a competitive research team with nationwide and oversea outstanding scholars and young talents. The team, guided by academic ethnics, is set to achieve breakthrough and innovation at the frontier of organic chemistry.

The center is directed by Prof. Shengming Ma, Chinese Academy of Science (CAS) academician. Besides two young scholars in his team, the center has recruited two “Thousand Talent Program for Young Outstanding Scientists” awardees and an adjunct professor at Fudan University and Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, CAS. RCMRS has set up synthetic organic and chemical biology laboratories with state-of-the-art research facilitates. The center will continue developing the connections with nationwide and oversea universities and institutes, and perusing to be a leading organic research team.
